Churchill Recruitment is governed by The Employment Agencies Act 1973 (as amended by the Employment Protection Act 1975, the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994, the Employments Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 1998 and the Employment Relations Act 1999) and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

 

The purpose of the legislation is to set minimum standards of conduct for employment agencies and employment businesses operating from premises in Great Britain. These provisions are designed to protect work-seekers and employers using the services provided by an employment agency or employment business.
