CHURCHILL RECRUITMENT have always worked to the highest professional standards and as such are proud to be a founder signatory to the Code of Ethics produced by recruitment agencies, the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

 

Ethics and high standards are at the heart of the 'Code of Ethics for Recruitment Organisations Supplying Security Personnel' launched on 1st August 2005 and designed to raise and maintain a high standard of recruitment practice.

 

BSIA Group Projects Manager, Chris Pinder commented at the time: "The recruitment agencies that have signed up to the Code are setting themselves apart from their contemporaries. The security industry will be able to look to agencies that have signed up to the Code to provide them with professional and ethical business services."

 

Marcia Roberts, Deputy Chief Executive, REC added, "The REC are committed to promoting and raising standards across the industry which is why we are delighted to endorse this code. Any initiative that promotes high standards and gives both job seekers and employers a way of differentiating between recruitment agencies can only be a positive step forward".

 

Churchill Recruitment have been involved in the development of the Code and are delighted to have signed up to it as a founder signatory, ensuring that Churchill Recruitment will remain up-to-date on all relevant recruitment practices including legislation affecting the security industry such as the Private Security Industry Act 2001.

 

To underpin the Code, Churchill Recruitment have become an Associate member of the BSIA and also sit on the BSIA Recruitment Code of Ethics Steering Group Committee.
