CHURCHILL RECRUITMENT has always worked to the highest ethical and professional standards. We believe that ethical conduct is not simply compliance with legal requirements, but extends to honesty, respect for and equitable treatment of others, integrity and social responsibility. It is conduct that holds up to disclosure and to public scrutiny.

Our code of conduct is based on a number of key basic principles:

Respect for Laws
Respect for Honesty and Transparency

Respect for Safety
Respect for Professional Knowledge
Respect for Certainty of Engagement
Respect for Prompt and Accurate Payment
Respect for Ethical International Recruitment
Respect for Confidentiality and Privacy

Outside of our own organization, we are equally committed to working within the recruitment industry to improve the operation, image and reputation of the recruitment industry as a whole, and specifically as it relates to the security industry.

To this end, Churchill Recruitment was involved in the development of the joint REC/BSIA 'Code of Ethics for Recruitment Organisations Supplying Security Personnel' and chaired the BSIA Recruitment Code of Ethics Steering Group Committee from 2008 to 2010.
