CDM/HEALTH & SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR – London - £47-50k + Car + Bonus + Benefits
Working as a CDM coordinator predominately in London and the South East, you will work on large projects as part of a team, possibly as a team leader, and singly on projects under framework agreements or for “one-off” clients. In time you are likely to take over as National Accounts Manager for one of the framework agreements or for a multi-site client. You will carry out CDM/safety inspections/audits of mainly, but not restricted to, construction sites, identifying hazards and H&S breaches and advising on cost-effective remedial actions. With experience in the construction industry and in-depth knowledge of current CDM processes/legislation, you must have a NEBOSH General/Construction certificate, and preferably be a member of the APS/IOSH. SENIOR CDM COORDINATOR/H&S ADVISOR – Leeds - £30k + Car/allowance + Bonus + Benefits
With offices across Europe, our client is one of the country's leading consultancies in their area, employing in excess of 3,000 employees. They are looking for a senior CDM coordinator / H&S Advisor with experience in the construction industry as well as in providing general H&S advice to a variety of clients. You will have experience working as a planning supervisor/CDMC on projects up to a value of £1m, carrying out site inspections as an H&S advisor, preparing H&S policies and procedures and conducting H&S/hazard workshops. You should have a NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate and be working towards a NEBOSH Diploma or similar, approved qualification. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT ADVISOR – London/Middx –£25-30k negotiable + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of civil engineering contracting and infrastructure services to blue chip clients in the infrastructure and transportation sectors. Based in the Midlands with offices across the UK, they are seeking to recruit a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to cover their London/Middlesex region .You will liaise with the HSE and other appropriate testing and validation bodies, be responsible for accident investigations and remedial recommendations and advise and guide line managers on Health & Safety best practice. You will need to posses a NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent, and preferably be a chartered member of IOSH. You should work or have worked in a diverse range of industry sectors, and experience of Health & Safety compliance within the construction and/or water industries would be advantageous.
