PROFIT PROTECTION REGIONAL MANAGER – UK/Europe - £40-45k + c.£4k car allowance + benefits
Our client, a major, international luxury-brand retailer, wishes to recruit an Asset and Profit Protection (APP) Regional Manager to cover the UK and Europe.  The role is to assess, investigate and manage the risks to company assets, specifically in relation to stock and cash, preparing and implementing controls, contingency plans and direct action to combat and minimize risks. You will provide the focus for APP and security activity by effective budget and resource management, influencing and developing the manufacturing / supply chain loss prevention function to achieve a safe and secure environment for staff, customers and the protection of company assets in the most efficient and cost effective way. You will continually assess the risk of loss and security to all areas of the business, evaluating the risks of existing controls for weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements, conducting investigations and interviews for inventory, cash loss and breach of company policy and procedures. You will also recruit, train and performance manage APP retail teams and be responsible for directing, coaching, advising and supporting the retail business in all aspects of APP, as well as ensuring that all managers are aware of fraud prevention policies. You should be educated to degree level and/or hold a professional security qualification, with five to eight years of multi–store, senior APP management experience. Ideally, you will have worked within an international business and have a European language, with a working knowledge of business continuity. You should be proficient in conducting investigations and integrity interviews, and an interviewing and interrogation certification is preferred. PROFIT PROTECTION INVESTIGATOR - South East - £35-40k + Car/allowance + Bonus + benefits

Our client is a world leading provider of food and support services, committed to developing people and providing a challenging environment in which to flourish. Their newly-formed profit protection department is rapidly expanding and as a result of this expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen to join the team and support the profit protection department in the South East. You will be responsible for investigating allegations of theft, fraud and other discrepancies which may cause loss to the company. You will also be responsible for conducting physical security risk assessments and making recommendations to managers. REGIONAL LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER – South - £35-40k + Car + Excellent Bonus + Benefits

Our client is part of an international group operating within the airport retail sector. The role is to be part of a team responsible for developing and delivering strategy to reduce shrinkage and associated risks throughout national retail and logistics sites. In addition to the above, and in line with company succession planning, the role will support the company loss prevention manager in the running of the department on a day to day basis and with ad-hoc project work. A substantial area of work involves internal risk and requires extensive investigative skills as well as prioritising resources, both physical and technological. You will have experience of multi-site retail loss prevention, logistics, investigations, data mining and up-to-date CCTV remote monitoring systems.  Experience within civil and disaster recovery would be an asset.  AM/0912-03 Apply
