Our client, an international retailer, seeks to recruit a Loss Prevention Manager within the Republic of Ireland. The company is expanding at a phenomenal rate and this is an excellent time to join and be part of the expansion plans. Responsible for stores within Southern Ireland, you will have a support team of loss prevention professionals to manage, coach and mentor. Loss Prevention is high on the agenda and new ideas are being introduced continuously; as a result the ability to respond to a fast-paced, changing environment is essential. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent loss prevention experience, ideally within a major retail brand, with man-management exposure and the ability to promote and influence store management to execute the company's loss prevention strategy. SENIOR LP OFFICER/TRAINER – Surrey - c.£22,300 + Overtime + Benefits
Our client is a national retailer offering a wide range of quality products at affordable prices. Their passion to meet customer needs in their 300+ stores is matched by their desire to recruit excellent staff to maintain their values and vision enabling them to proceed with their current expansion plans.You will support the retail and loss prevention department in the reduction of stock loss in store together with the training of new store management, current security colleagues and new security recruits. You will also be involved in the design and delivery of the training programme, which will be documented and evaluated during the programme. You will also be involved in the collation of evidence to support loss prevention investigations. There may be a requirement to travel nationwide on occasions.The ideal person will be results driven, have experience of loss prevention best practice in a retail environment with strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge at senior levels.
