Our client, a security manned guarding specialist providing professional security personnel nationwide, seeks to recruit an experienced sales manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with securing and managing business to supply permanent and temporary manned security personnel in a variety of sectors throughout the South East region. You will be supported by an established telesales team who will generate new leads and manage all tendering processes, enabling you to build relationships and ensure clients receive the best possible service the company can offer. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the manned guarding field, preferably working within a national company. Our client operates within the corporate and retail sectors, offering total security solutions to a diverse client base.  They are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to manage key account clients within their portfolio, who is able to manage all sales from “cradle to grave”. You will be responsible for the acquisition of profitable new business by identifying and developing opportunities within the private sector and the creation of strategic and influential networks to promote awareness of the company brand and services across prospective clients.
