Manned Guarding Control Room
INTERIM CONTROL ROOM SHIFT MANAGER – Northampton - £27,000 p.a. (pro-rata) + benefits
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a major operator in the manned guarding and systems arena on an interim management contract, working 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, days and nights. The role is responsible for providing control room management for both the manned guarding and systems divisions, providing timely and effective information regarding officers' time and attendance, health, safety & welfare. You will also be responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction in the operational delivery of all security services provided through the control room function. Candidates will need to demonstrate relevant industry experience and an in-depth understanding of the accreditation requirements for the control room function including BS 5979, BS 7499 and BS 7984. You should also have a comprehensive working knowledge of all processes and procedures associated with a manned guarding control room and alarm receiving centre, and a good knowledge of the legislation, codes of practice, and standards governing the security industry to meet NSI standards. Strong man management and customer service skills together with the ability to liaise at a senior management level will also be required. AM/0910-05 Apply
