ARC OPERATIONS MANAGER – Leeds OR Bristol – c.£40k
Our client is a security integrator offering complete security solutions to clients in a variety of high-end sectors. The role of Operations Manager has arisen within the company Security Centre which provides an outsourced service to their clients supervising their security systems and responding to alarms. The role is responsible for providing an outstanding, trouble-free security systems monitoring service to clients throughout the UK. Initially, you will be tasked with the transition to a newly outsourced Systems Operations Centre (SOC) with due consideration to the customer service, technology and people requirements.  You will then manage and develop the centre in order to deliver the annual operational performance targets whilst maximising technology opportunities and delivering world class service through sound business processes. The successful candidate will have previous experience of ARC operations with a thorough understanding of fire and security systems.   Previous experience of SOC outsourcing activities would be considered a distinct advantage.
