SECURITY MANAGER – Docklands - £39k + benefits

They now wish to appoint a Security Manager to manage and direct the delivery of a 24/7 operational security service for a prestigious financial institution. Managing the administration and welfare of the 40-strong site security team, you will be responsible for rostering, induction and continuation training and probation. You will manage all emergency incident escalation and responses, maintaining a high degree of personal contact and visibility at all levels, in order to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth running of the Operations Centre, which will include development of new business, retaining existing contracts and the selection, vetting, recruitment and administration of front line staff. Reporting directly to the MD in London, you will need to be willing to work toward agreed targets. It is desirable, but not essential, to have Security/Manned Guarding management experience.
