RETAIL SECURITY SUPERVISOR (Days and Nights) – Central London - c.£28k + benefits

Our client, a leading security service provider, seeks to recruit a Supervisor to manage a team of secuirty officers. You will supervise, lead and motivate a team of uniformed security officers to carry out comprehensive best practice security and Health & Safety duties to ensure a safe environment for staff, freelancers/contractors, high profile customers and visitors. You will liaise with senior management and provide security support and advice to minimise exposure to loss, through the implementation of security policies and procedures. You will need to display exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism at all times, as well as having the ability to lead by example, which is paramount. You will need extensive experience of working as a supervisor or team leader of a large team of officers. Experience within a prestigious/luxury brand retailer would be desirable. This role involves working 60 hours per week (5 x 12 hour shifts). AM/1103-5 Apply
