AREA SECURITY TRAINER – (Berkshire/Bedfordshire) - £30k + Car + benefits

Our client, a top ten supplier of security guarding services, wishes to recruit a Security Trainer with a remit to cover Reading, Feltham and Luton offices.   Reporting to the Area HR Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training and licensing in relation to company and customer requirements.  This will include the delivery of effective BJT training in a timely and cost effective manner, to include Retail Induction and Door Supervisor, as and when required.   You will develop professional, standardized training procedures across the division to promote continuous improvements, and establish effective measuring and monitoring techniques, including KPIs, to evaluate both internal and external training providers’ performance. You will manage all administration, delivery, implementation and design of training and liaise with the regional trainer and external providers for additional training requirements including First Aid, Fire Marshall, CCTV and Nova’s.  Experience of delivering security training to both groups and individuals within the security industry is essential, with particular emphasis on the ability to plan, prepare and deliver training and development programs with experience of monitoring and auditing training levels.  A Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) is preferable however City & Guilds B7303 is required.  AM/1003-13 Apply
