Our client, a retail specialist within the Manned Guarding sector, seeks to recruit a Business Development Manager for their pre-employment screening division. The division currently deals with all vetting and screening for internal staff as well as outsourcing the service to major retailers. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales experience and a proven track record to enable them to sell the service into the specified sector over the next 12 to 18 months and, once established, move into a General Manager role.
