LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER – London W1 - £19.5k + £550 Suit Allowance + Interest Free Travel Loan + 50% Staff Discount

This position offers candidates the opportunity to work for a prestigious retailer in the West End of London, in a store with an outstanding reputation within the retail sector. Duties include loss prevention within the store, security tagging, apprehension and detection of staff and customer theft, patrolling of the sales floor to identify breaches of security and health and safety, checking cleaners in and out of premises, writing witness statements and liaising with the Police and outside agencies.  Working as part of a team, you should have excellent communication skills, in addition to Retail Loss Prevention experience. LOSS PREVENTION TEAM LEADER – West Yorkshire – c.£16k + 25 days holiday + Pension Scheme + Medical Insurance + Paid Overtime (if required) + 40% Discount - MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY

The company is an international fashion brand and you will be based at their manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for all aspects of security, safety, and loss prevention across the site, where you will motivate, train and manage the loss prevention team ensuring that rotas and duties are covered. You will also carry out regular risk assessments and make recommendations to improve controls and manage implementation. You will influence the operational teams and liaise with all levels of staff, ensuring the security office is manned at all times and CCTV is being used effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience to gain further skills and experience. You will need to have previous loss prevention experience, and be able to demonstrate supervisory/management skills. This is a Monday to Friday role, with the working hours of 7.45am to 5pm.
