REGIONAL PROFIT PROTECTION OFFICER – South - £28,000 + car + benefits
Our client, a nationwide, high street retailer, wishes to appoint a regional profit protection officer to be responsible for 75 stores in their southern region, covering an area from Cambridge southwards. Reporting to the profit protection manager, the overall purpose of the role is to support and advise store and regional managers in reducing company shrinkage and to provide expertise to store teams regarding security and loss prevention by ensuring company policies and processes are in place and providing recommendations to mitigate risk and protect profit. The emphasis of the role is on internal investigation, identifying high risk stores in the region, investigating the results and making recommendations that will improve the store shrinkage and processes. In addition you will be responsible for continually monitoring, reviewing and improving company procedures, providing recommendations to mitigate. You should have excellent retail loss prevention experience with good analytical skills and the ability to influence store staff at all levels and develop effective relationships with other departments. Self-motivated and able to motivate others, you should be comfortable working independently within tight deadlines and have the ability to plan and manage your own workload. SENIOR LP OFFICER/TRAINER – Surrey - c.£22,300 + Overtime + Benefits

You will also be involved in the collation of evidence to support loss prevention investigations. There may be a requirement to travel nationwide on occasions.The ideal person will be results driven, have experience of loss prevention best practice in a retail environment with strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge at senior levels.
