PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR – Surrey - £20k + Benefits
Our client, a supplier of professional security solutions to the commercial sector across the UK, specializing in CCTV, access control and intruder systems, seeks to recruit a project co-ordinator to join their team in Surrey. This is an office-based position responsible for the co-ordination and monitoring of all installation projects from start to completion. You will liaise with engineers on a day to day basis to obtain progress reports and ensure agreed timescales are met, as well as liaising with clients to answer any queries and provide updates. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and co-ordination of the service team, ensuring all routine and emergency calls are attended to within timescales agreed with client. The successful candidate will have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task. In addition, you will be required to manage all incoming calls and enquiries, produce accurate reports as required and monitor/measure set KPI’s on a regular basis.
