Our client, a specialist in the development, sales and marketing of innovative network CCTV and DVR systems, seeks to recruit an experienced technical support specialist to join their UK operation in Berkshire. The primary responsibilities for the role are to plan and execute technical support activities for the company’s business partners, customers and employees via telephone throughout the UK. In addition, the successful candidate will conduct sales and technical training to the business partners and potential customers and also provide field technical support to business partners and customers as required. Previous experience within the CCTV sector is essential with experience of RVRCs and IP based video surveillance considered an advantage.
