Overview |
Our client, an independently owned business, seeks to recruit an experienced Operations Director to lead and grow their engineering team. |
Responsibilities |
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing the day-to-day operations of an electronic security company with full P&L responsibility for both the installation and service departments. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and performance across the business, working closely with the Managing Director to improve services and secure new contracts. The role will be responsible for analysing performance and identifying areas requiring improvement and implementing new polices and procedures accordingly. |
| Qualifications & Experience | The candidate will possess a strong character and be commercially astute to command respect and deliver strategic improvements. The role requires a deep understanding of the service ethos and the ability to improve and deliver an outstanding service to customers while ensuring margin objectives are achieved at all times. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced man-manager to make a difference within an expanding company. |
