Overview |
Our client is a highly respected national retailer and they are currently seeking to recruit a regional security manager to cover the whole of Ireland. |
Responsibilities |
You will be responsible for managing 40 stores throughout the region and the management of a team of loss prevention professionals. You will be responsible for investigating both internal and external theft and maintaining accurate records of investigations, reporting on breaches of and weaknesses in procedures, as well as reporting on suspicious trends and activity and ensuring H&S compliance. Your responsibility for managing your team will include performance reviews, and on-going training. |
| Qualifications & Experience | Candidates will have current experience of multi-site retail loss prevention, investigations and employment law together with a good knowledge of current legislation and policies within retail. |
