Our shop uses custom jigs to hold radius tooling consistent across repeats so franchise locations match the master template. Tight internal loops receive extra heat-relief planning to avoid jacket stress whitening over time.
Vector intake prefers outlined strokes with centerline guides; if you only have raster sketches, we quote a tracing pass with two review rounds. Minimum bend radii are enforced per material batch; when a logo violates them, we propose stylistic adjustments with side-by-side renders.
Pink tone can lean rose or magenta based on adjacent materials; send swatches of wall paint or fabric to lock the perceived hue. We document the chosen bin code on the nameplate for future additions.
