Delivery logistics
Finished signage reaches your site through intentional packing, carrier selection, and documentation. We treat transit as part of product quality, not an afterthought once the shop lights go off.
Standard dispatch typically occurs within one to three business days after production completion and final QA sign-off. Actual transit time depends on distance, carrier service level, customs processes for cross-border moves, and weather or hub congestion outside our control. We communicate tracking identifiers and estimated delivery windows as soon as labels are generated, and we flag consolidated shipments when multiple crates belong to one installation sequence so receivers unload in the right order.
Packing is engineered to the fragility class of each piece. Flat acrylic faces ride with edge cushioning and anti-flex bracing; dimensional letters are nested to prevent face-to-face contact; long extrusions use rigid spline supports to avoid bowing under strap compression. Moisture-barrier layers protect against condensation when crates move between climates. Desiccant may be added for sealed export boxes. Every package receives an exterior label with orientation arrows, gross weight, and handling notes such as “glass face” or “do not stack.”
Insurance and liability terms are aligned to declared value and carrier class. We recommend coverage levels that reflect replacement cost rather than only material invoice, because schedule impact often exceeds parts alone. For high-value or irreplaceable prototypes, dedicated vehicle or air freight with minimal transfers reduces handling events. White-glove services can place crates directly into install-ready storage when site access permits.
Documentation travels digitally and physically: packing list with part IDs matching the installation drawing, quick-start power notes for warehouse testing, and photos of crate condition at departure. If third-party installers receive goods, they know how to verify completeness before signing clean receipts. Damage claims are far easier when baseline evidence exists; we encourage immediate exterior inspection and photo capture before opening when impact indicators suggest rough handling.
Receiving recommendations
- Stage a clear area for crate breakdown; keep blades away from faces
- Inventory against the packing list before discarding internal bracing
- Acclimate boxed components when temperature deltas exceed safe margins
- Retain packing materials until installation succeeds in case of return
Remote installation support
When our crew is not on site, digital mounting instructions, connection diagrams, and labeled cable tails reduce ambiguity. Video calls can supplement PDFs for first-time partners. We can pre-program drivers and ship spare fuse kits or extension harnesses when field measurements had tolerance bands. The goal is that a competent local contractor succeeds on the first visit without improvising electrical topology.
Pricing orientation
Delivery cost typically starts from $16 AUD for economical parcel or pallet moves in favorable zones and scales with volumetric weight, insurance, lift-gate needs, residential or limited-access surcharges, and international documentation. We quote multiple carrier options where helpful so procurement can balance budget against time. Reuse of returnable crates may reduce packaging line items on repeat programs.
