Turnkey installation
We install illuminated signage with disciplined site practice: verified substrates, correct fasteners, clean cable management, and commissioning that proves performance before sign-off.
A pre-install survey confirms structural suitability, access routes, lift requirements, and power availability. We reconcile field conditions with production drawings; when discrepancies appear—unexpected studs, reframed bulkheads, or altered facade panels—we document options before drilling. That discipline prevents cosmetic damage and avoids ad hoc fixes that compromise weather sealing or electrical code compliance.
Mounting methods follow material science and manufacturer guidance for anchors, standoffs, and thermal movement. Large assemblies are staged so weight is managed safely and seams align to the approved joint pattern. For high-traffic public environments, we coordinate after-hours windows, barrier placement, and debris control so your operations team receives a clean, secure site at handover.
Electrical work stays within the agreed scope: connection to designated supply points, protection coordination, labeling at drivers and disconnects, and grounding continuity verified with test instruments. Where local regulations require certified electricians, we integrate with your licensed contractor using shared diagrams and witnessed inspection checkpoints. Control systems—switches, dimmers, DMX interfaces—are programmed to the scenes defined in the project brief and demonstrated to on-site staff.
Commissioning includes brightness and uniformity checks against criteria established during design. We photograph completed work for records and walk stakeholders through operational instructions: normal run mode, maintenance mode, and safe isolation steps. An acceptance checklist captures any punch items with responsible parties and dates, so closure is explicit rather than implied.
Safety and compliance
- Method statements and PPE protocols aligned to site rules
- Tooling and ladder/lift plans for overhead or facade work
- Coordination with fire, AV, and facade contractors when paths overlap
- As-built notes feeding back into your facilities documentation set
After installation
We can train your team on routine tasks—filter cleaning where applicable, inspection intervals, and when to call service versus self-troubleshoot. Optional warranty inspections verify that environmental factors have not shifted performance outside expectations. For multi-site brands, we align installation playbooks so different crews produce consistent outcomes and reporting formats across regions.
Pricing orientation
Installation estimates combine labor hours, access equipment, travel, and any local subcontractor pass-through costs. Night premiums, expedited mobilization, or complex rigging are quoted transparently. Bundling installation with manufacturing reduces interface risk and often shortens overall calendar time because a single team owns the product from crate to illuminated sign-off.
